Villa Vacanza can be rented as a whole object (two bedroom apartments) and then the price would be 1995€/ per a week.

Prices are in Euros (€) per apartment per night. For reservation confirmation, guest should pay in advance 20% of the total price for a specific term onto the owner's bank account (if the reservation is for a period longer than 20 days, the deposit is 50% of total cost).

Upon receipt of payment, the apartment is reserved for the desired fixed term, and payment will not be refunded in case of withdrawal. Upon arrival at the apartment, the owner charges the other 80% of the cost of accommodation as well as other costs.

Guests are requested for a € 100 deposit on arrival. The deposit is refunded on departure if the apartment is left in good condition without cracks or damages made indoors or outdoors.
In the event of damage, during the stay in the apartment, the owner retains a security deposit or a part of it. If the owner determines that the guests left the apartment as it was when they arrived, the security deposit will be refunded. Guests are required to leave the apartment clean and tidy.

Check in from 13:00; check out till 10:00.
Children are welcome.

We will gladly provide you additional services with extra charge:
• procurement of foods: the cost of the goods ordered and the food + 50 kn
• rent of yachts and boats, rent a car
• helping to organize trips and travels
